Q: How much does the recovery process cost?
A: Every recovery case is unique in nature, and involves different repair techniques, time and effort; the recoveries fees can range anywhere from $250-$2000. We make every effort to recover your data quickly and at a reasonable rate. If we cannot recover your data or you decide not to pursue the recovery there will NOT be any charge (except travel charges for places outside the GTA).
Q: How long will it take to recover my data?
A: The assessment is done within 24 hours and the majority of the recoveries can be completed within 48 hours.
Q: How will I get my data back?
A: We will place your data on suitable replacement media, whether that is another hard drive internal or external, CD-ROM, DVD, any other media of your choice.
Q: How can I ensure I won't repeat a data loss situation from recurring?
A: After the recovery is complete we can help you implement a reliable and verifiable backup system.
Q: Do you service areas outside the GTA?
A: Yes, we will travel to areas surrounding GTA including (Aurora, Ajax, Newmarket, Whitby, Oakville), a travel charge does apply for these areas regardless of whether the recovery is approved/performed. [We do NOT receive or send drives via mail].
Q: My hard drive is making clicking noises, should I be worried?
A: Some computer noises are due to fans, but if you are unsure and don't want to take chances, stop your work immediately. Call or email us, we can help you recover the data before the damage gets worst.

	If your drive is making a ticking, clicking, or banging noise it never made before, power-down the device. You need help! continued work or attempts to reboot the device may cause more damage!!.
	If you internal/external hard drive is asking to be initialized or formatted, this is usually the result of a damaged or corrupted computer’s index. Your chances of a full recovery are good; Physical malfunction of the storage hardware is much more serious. The quicker we get to work the better the chances of your recovery.
	Always back up your data, make sure that copies of your most important data are being kept off-site.
	Do NOT run utility programs, save data or add programs. Do NOT use backup programs to attempt to save your data. They all write to or add files to your hard drive during the back-up process.
	Do not turn off peripheral devices while computer is on, or when disc is active drives should be stable and stationary when operating. If you have to move your computer – turn it off first
